Michael & Linda Lacombe

Michael and Linda were both born and raised in Lewiston, Maine and have a strong history of serving the community.  Michael was a Police Officer in Lewiston for 25 years and Linda has been a nurse for more than 30 years.  That dedication to serving the community continues as franchise owners of Pillar To Post and providing high quality home inspections that members of the community can trust.

Michael is a certified home inspector and holds certifications through Pillar To Post and InterNACHI, and is a Background Verified Inspector.

Michael and Linda have 5 children and 4 grandchildren.  They enjoy spending time with family and friends.  Their hobbies include golfing and traveling,  and they are always up for a good “Cornhole game”.

Professional Training: Every Pillar To Post home inspector is trained in the classroom and in the field. You can have confidence in the fact that all Pillar To Post inspectors are required to continually upgrade their skills and to keep current with new technologies and professional standards.

Joshua Westphal

Introducing Joshua Westphal, your dedicated Lead Home Inspector at Pillar to Post! Joshua joined our team in February of 2019 after we had the pleasure of inspecting his own home for him and his lovely wife, Meghan. With certifications from Pillar to Post and InterNACHI, as well as a Background Verification, Joshua is a highly qualified and experienced home inspector. He is also registered as a State of Maine Subsurface Wastewater Inspector and a Certified Septic Systems Inspector with InterNACHI. Having completed over 1,000 Home and Septic Inspections, Joshua is well-equipped to assist you in finding your dream home. When he's not working, he enjoys spending quality time with his son, Joshua Thomas, his wife, Meghan, and their two adorable hound dogs, Ginger and Hazel.

Paige Pelletier

Paige has recently joined our team in March 2023. Paige grew up on a small island called Verona Island, across from the town of Bucksport, Maine. She started her career out working at a paper mill in her hometown for 6 years. When the mill closed down, Paige quickly transitioned to a new role at the naval shipyard in Bath, Maine, where she worked for another 6 years assisting in the construction of ships for the navy. Despite facing some challenges, including injuries and a company strike, Paige's determination and work ethic propelled her to seek new opportunities that would prioritize her health and job stability. This led her to work for a real estate company, where she excelled in marketing for 3 years before joining our team at Pillar to Post. Paige is now responsible for all of our company's marketing and scheduling, using her skills and experience to drive our business forward. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her soon-to-be wife and four children at their home in Lisbon, Maine, while making the most of her personal life alongside her successful career.

Mark Barnetts

Mark Barnett joined The Lacombe Team in the summer of 2022 with great enthusiasm, having previously worked for a Lacombe family member in the early 2000’s. Over the last two decades, Mark has acquired a wealth of knowledge through his various professional roles. At 21, he obtained his Real Estate license and since then has worked as a painting contractor, had training in HVAC work, and most recently, spent time as a maintenance technician for a national property management company. When he's not working, he enjoys running, playing music, and going on exciting adventures with his family.
